These three documents are intended to be read together and refer to one another by section. In a conflict, a signed service agreement controls the services it covers; otherwise the Terms of Use control; the Photography Notice controls as to photographs.
If you appear in a photograph on this site, or are the parent or legal guardian of someone who does, you can ask for it to be removed. That right does not depend on agreeing to anything here — see Section 14 of the Photography Notice.
